 In these terms and conditions, "us" "we" and "our" refers to POPin Collectables. We are a registered Australian business (ABN 17 172 667 989) and by your use of this online e-commerce store (website) you are accepting the terms and conditions as stated below.

• All product prices and freight are in Australian Dollars - AUD
  

• Prices do not include shipping or freight and will be added at the end of the check out process

• Prices on products are G.S.T inclusive
  

• All orders over $149.99 are eligible for free standard shipping. This may be subject to change at our discretion.
  

• Products and price can change frequently and we reserve the right to adjust our price accordingly without prior notification

• All Pre-Orders must be paid in full

• Pre-Order products are products that have not yet come into stock but can pre-purchased by customers to secure the item of your choice once it is released and has arrived in-stock.
  

• Pre-order items, dates and arrivals are subject to change at the suppliers discretion without prior notice to us the retailer, as such we take no responsibility for these changes and delays as these are beyond our control
  

• Pre-Order ETA's are displayed at the top of the products description in red. Please check back from time to time to make sure the products arrival has not been modified or changed to represent a more accurate estimate.
  

• Orders containing both a Pre-order and In-stock items will be shipped when all products are in-stock and available
  

• From time to time a Pre-Order product may be cancelled by our supplier before being released. If you have an order for a cancelled item, you will be contacted and entitled to a full refund.
  

• Payment of all orders must be in full before your order can be finalized and fulfilled
  

• We Accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Google Pay

• All Retail Packaging images are kept up to date when possible but sometimes designs can change as part of a subsequent release, if this happens we cannot replace any items due to these changes. The item you are purchasing is still accurate to what you ordered, it is just a retail package redesign as per the manufacturer.
  

• We offer a flat rate shipping on all orders across Australia at $10.00 (AUD)

• All International orders use weight based shipping to calculate cost
  

• Maximum weight limit for each order up to 19 Kilograms
  

• We are not liable for any fees and charges that may incur from the misuse of our online store. This includes reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
